DeQuarkz is a small consultancy based in Dubai, led by Danish Gordhan Das , an ERP and CRM solution architect with eight years of hands-on work in Odoo, ERPNext and Zoho. Before any software gets touched, we write down how your business actually runs today and get you to sign off on it.

The work usually starts in one of three places: spreadsheets that have outgrown themselves, tools that refuse to talk to each other, or a product that needs building from nothing. We stay on it from the first brief through to go-live.

We go through how the business runs today: who does what, where things stall, what you're actually trying to fix. A call or a written brief, whichever suits you.

You get a written scope, a timeline, a cost breakdown and milestones. All of it agreed and signed before we start building.

Which ERP and CRM platforms do you work with?
Odoo, ERPNext (Frappe) and Zoho, plus custom builds where none of those fit. Which one we recommend depends on your budget and how far you need to bend the system. We'll say so if a cheaper option would do the job.
How much does an ERP, CRM, or software project cost?
It depends entirely on scope, which is why we don't publish a price list. After a discovery call we send a written scope with a fixed cost and timeline, usually within 48 hours. You'll have the number before you commit to anything.
How long does implementation take?
A focused CRM can take a few weeks. A full ERP covering finance, stock and HR takes months. Either way the timeline is agreed in writing before we start, and you see a working demo every week.
Do you only work with businesses in Dubai?
We're in Dubai and can be on-site for UAE clients. Everything else we do remotely, and we have clients outside the region.
Will you force my business into a template?
No. We write down how your business currently runs and get you to sign it off before anything is configured. Where the standard module doesn't fit, we change the module.
Who actually builds my project?
Danish scopes it and Danish builds it. You won't be handed to a junior once the contract is signed.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of support are included, along with documentation and training for your team. After that you can put us on a maintenance retainer or run it in-house. The code and the docs are yours either way.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?
Usually. Payment gateways, couriers, accounting software and WhatsApp are the common ones. If a system has an API we can almost certainly connect it, and if it doesn't we'll tell you before you pay for it.
